Practice and Game Information
Practices Begin | Last Week of July. Practices are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Once games begin, then practices will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and games on Saturdays. Practices are usually 6pm – 7:30pm. Green Hill Park |
Games Begin | September, Monday-Saturday at various fields located in the Roanoke Valley. Typically 2 per week. |

Key Information
- Participants must play at least one year in "current age" division before being allowed to move up.

Games Begin: Last Week of August. Usually one game per week, once or twice a year there could be one weekday game and a Saturday game in the same week. Playoffs are typically the last two weekends in October, and the Super Bowl is normally scheduled the first Saturday in November.
Player Evaluations: There are no player evaluations unless an age division has more than 31 players signed up.
Equipment Handout: Equipment is handed out prior to the first practice. Usually, one of the last two weekends in July. Coordinator will organize. Players must be present at the time for proper sizing of all equipment.
Required Equipment: Each player should have padded chinstrap for their helmet, cleats, and a mouth guard with a tether that will attach to their helmet. We can provide a chinstrap, but they are not as comfortable for the kids.
